Refund policy

We issue refunds in both cases;

  • Order status isn't marked complete, and the shipping label isn’t issued.
  • If a shipping label is issued, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Once the order has been delivered and handed to the delivery company; no returns, or exchanges will be accepted.

All orders are prepared and delivered (Fulfilled) within a maximum of 7 Days, we take full responsibility for your order during that period.

We take no responsibility for late delivery once your order is handed out to the delivery company.
