Shipping & Refunds
All orders are prepared and delivered (Fulfilled) within a maximum of 72 hours, we take full responsibility for your order during this period.
We issue refunds in both cases;
- Order status isn't marked complete, and the shipping label isn’t issued.
- If a shipping label is issued, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Once the order has been delivered and handed to the delivery company; returns, nor exchanges will not be accepted.
We take no responsibility for late delivery once your order is handed out to the delivery company.
